In accordance to the above, neglected and heavily matted coats will be shaved off, you will be informed prior to shaving, and there will be a small charge as shaving requires more skills, time and above normal product wear and tear on tools and equipment.

121 Dog Grooming will not be liable for any post grooming effects of this procedure which is not without risk.

121 Dog Grooming advices visiting/informing your vet after a complete shave off in order to make sure your dogs is free of any conditions created by heavy matts or shaving close to the skin.

121 Dog Grooming reserves the right to refuse grooming any dog at risk of harming the groomer or the dog. Any aggression shown before or during the groom will result in termination of the session and you will be contacted to collect your dog.

The full grooming charge will be levied.

You must inform the groomer if your dog has ever bitten or displayed aggression. Failure to disclose this information may result in refusal of furthrer services. Your attention is drown to the Dangerous dogs act (www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1991/65/contents) which holds owners liable for bites and injuries caused by their dogs.
